A beautiful autumn retreat day of yoga, meditation and sound as the light of the year begins to soften. Enjoy two nourishing yoga sessions, a deeply relaxing sound bath and a generous three-hour spa and hot tub experience, along with the peaceful barefoot walking trail through the gardens. With delicious food, warm company and thoughtful touches throughout the day ,including a seasonal gift bag with homemade cake, this is a day designed to help you slow down, reset and welcome the golden turning of the season.
