Cancellations & Refund Policy
Pay as you go classes
Cancellation must be 4 hours or more before the start time to receive a refund
Courses/Class Blocks
These are classes that happen over a number of consecutive weeks and paid in full at the beginning.Cancellation must be 7 days or more before the course/block start date for a full refund. After that, I can only give you a full refund if you manage to find someone to take your place.No partial refund will be provided for any of the classes within a course or block that cannot be attended.
​Class Passes
These expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes after that date cannot be refunded.An individual class pass credit can be offered if a class cancellation is at least 4 hours before the class start time. No refund can be offered on a class pass purchased and partially used however I may be able to deduct from the cost of another pass purchase. Please contact me in this instance.
Workshops/Retreat Days
Cancellation must be 7 days before the event date to receive a refund. If you cancel after this, a refund can only be given if you find someone to take your place.​Thank you

Contraindications/ Precautions & Disclaimers
Yoga & Meditation Disclaimer​
Yoga classes are beginner to intermediate level sessions and are suitable for most fitness levels.They are not however suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
Meditation is suitable for everyone unless you have a medical condition that may be contraindicated.For any medical or other conditions that you feel may affect your ability to participate in either yoga or meditation, it is your responsibility to seek the opinion and agreement of your doctor.
Participant Rules:

You must be 18 years +

You must always act responsibility and sensibly.

You must not participate if you are pregnant, or think you could be.

You must not participate if you have any other medical or other condition(s) that may affect your ability to either exercise or meditate . It is your responsibility to seek the opinion and agreement of your doctor.

You must not participate under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

Your teacher is not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate in any LVC Yoga classes -You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating if you are in any doubt.

Please clear enough space to safely carry out the poses, transitions and meditation without hitting items or others around you.

Please check that the device (e.g., mat, chair) you are using is securely positioned and will not interfere with your movement/relaxation.

Please listen to your body

Please follow any safety instructions or suitable modifications or adjustments offered by your teacher.

Never continue with a class or meditation that is too difficult for your level of experience or ability, or if you feel any discomfort.

Please Note : You have complete responsibility for yourself when completing all workshop and class sessions. It is up to you to decide how you modify the poses and use any options/modifications suggested, according to your ability. Modifications offered are only as a guide

Sound Bath Contraindications/Precautions and Disclaimer​
No medical claims are made about the use of crystal singing bowls or any of the other instruments used and they are not an alternative to medical advice.

Contraindications
The following conditions are not suitable for sound bath:

Any cardiac condition or cardiac device

Epilepsy
-
Pregnancy
-
Any deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.

Open wounds.
-
Acute inflammations and tumours

If you are post-surgery (before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed).
Precautions
Please seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner before attending a sound bath (evidence of permission will be required)

Severe or Clinical Mental Health Problems - please check with your doctor or mental health professional that a sound bath will be safe for you

Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) –please check with a medical professional whether a sound bath is safe for you

Carotid stenosis

Any stents or shunts
-
People with a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
