About the event
If you’d love the deep rest of a sound bath without joining the earlier yoga and meditation, you’re very welcome to come for the final part of the evening. Settle into the calm of the studio, get cosy under blankets and let the gentle waves of sound ease you into a quieter, more spacious state. It’s the perfect end-of-day pause as we move through early spring, with time afterwards to enjoy homemade cake and a soft moment of community before heading home.
