Service Description

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound waves and vibrations produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. Rather than creating music in the traditional sense, these instruments generate harmonic frequencies that guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest and energetic balance. During a sound bath, you typically lie down comfortably on a yoga mat with props or blankets to support your relaxation (you can bring anything you like to get comfortable - I've even seen camping beds, quilts and pillows). There is no movement involved—just an invitation to surrender, listen, and receive. As the sounds flow through the space, they interact with your body’s natural energy field, helping to clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and quiet the thinking mind. Please read the contraindications to sound bath before completing your booking We always end the workshop sessions with yummy homemade cake, a drink and chat. Benefits of a Sound Bath: • Reduces stress and anxiety by calming the mind and lowering cortisol levels • Supports deep relaxation and better sleep • Releases energetic blockages and promotes emotional healing • Enhances meditation and mindfulness by helping you drop into a theta or alpha brainwave state • Improves mood and overall sense of well-being • Promotes a sense of connection and grounding through vibrational awareness Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a new way to relax and reset, a sound bath offers a gentle, powerful path to inner stillness and renewal
